EHA installed a lubrication unit for an industrial centrifuge

The original lubrication system that came with the equipment was built into the machine and difficult to work on. It only had a single filter so when it was time to replace it, the machine had to be shut down for a lengthy filter change. The new unit included a motor with a fixed displacement pump, duplex 10 micron filter, dirty filter indicator, temp/level switch, pressure transducer, and flow transducer. EHA built a stand and installed it during one of the customers scheduled shutdowns. When it’s time to change the filter today, this customer can now just switch to the clean filter and change the dirty filter at their convenience.
