Railroad Railroad IFP provides hydraulic components, customized solutions, and system controls for maintenance-of-way (MOW) machinery. Our engineering division offers complete fluid power system designs to safely and efficiently switch from off-track, to hi-rail, and track travel for both hydraulic motor controls and electronic controls. We also provide fluid power components for rail maintenance attachment manufacturers for products such as tampers, tie handlers, brush cutters, and grapplers fitted on compact machines and excavators. We provide control valves, motors, cylinders, and connect-under-pressure couplings for various attachments. We also supply operator displays including cameras that are positioned on machines to provide a better track visual. We use technology as a tool for competitiveness. With more than 25 engineers, our engineering group is capable of integrating all your equipment controls resulting in time-saving efficiencies, versatility, and cost savings. IFP is also a participating member of AREMA. We attend meetings, network with industry thought leaders, and share our knowledge and experience of motion control and fluid power technologies for the rail industry.
